I recreated the iconic Pepperidge Farm Cheddar Goldfish on the brand new Food Network show ReWrapped with Marc Summers & Joey Fatone, and I WON THE ROUND! The CEO of Pepperidge Farm said this recipe was just as good as the real thing! Marc Summers said if he closed his eyes, he wouldn’t know the difference between my recipe and the real thing!

  • Food Processor

  • Rolling Pin or Wine Bottle

  • Kitchen Scale

  • Cheese Grater

  • Baking Sheets

  • Parchment Paper

  • Aluminum Can

  • Scissors

  • Tape

  • Fine Wire Cooling Rack

  • Measuring Spoons

  • Mixing Bowls

Ingredients



  • 4 oz AP Flour, by weight

  • 20 oz Shredded Sharp Cheddar, by weight

  • 3 Tbsp Butter

  • 2 Tbsp Water

  • 1/2 tsp of Salt

  • 1/2 tsp Pepper

  • Salt to Taste

Process



  • Pulse all ingredients minus water in food processor until combined.

  • Put the dry dough in a bowl, add liquid ingredients, kneed until combined.

  • Make Goldfish cracker cutter out of aluminum can.

  • Roll dough 1/8″ thick & cut with aluminum can cutter.

  • Bake on parchment cookie sheets @ 325-350 for 10-15 minutes.

  • Season with salt, let cool on wire rack.
